Advertiser FAQ
Does my listing renew automatically after the first year?
Yes. Basic, Premium, and Partner packages renew automatically for another year unless you cancel before your renewal date, shown on your original payment confirmation.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Packages are billed annually and the current term runs to completion; there is no partial-year refund once a listing has gone live.
How do I pay, and do I get a payment receipt?
Payments run through PayPal or Wise, charged in EUR. Both provide a payment receipt automatically. Contact me if you need anything extra for your bookkeeping.
How long until my listing goes live?
Within 3 business days, once all required listing information and payment have been received in full.
Who supplies the photos for my listing?
You do. Basic includes up to 2 photos, Premium and Partner up to 10. Send your own images with your inquiry.
My property is already listed on Where to Stay without a paid placement: how do I claim it?
Open the Where to Stay guide, find your property’s card, and click "Claim This Listing." It links straight to the inquiry form with your property name pre-filled.
